 Good evening hyper flight. I am receiving emails from FedEx regarding this=
 shipment and something they are referring to as a toxicity statement from =
the shipper. That is you so I'm not sure why I am being asked to download l=
oad, fill out forms that I no nothing about and claim that I am certified t=
o answer the form. Is this a normal part of shipping to the USA or am I bei=
ng scammed? Please reply ASAP so we can get it past customs and I can pay t=
