I confirm the package was sent by untracked mail, as you elected when checking
out, on 27/5/2026. Sorry there is no way of knowing where it is.
Although packages usually arrive within a few days the UK postal system isn't
very reliable currenly and some packages are taking up to 2 weeks.
If it has not arrived by them we will credit you or send the order again.
