I understand why you might be surprised by the changes to our client
notifications, and I=E2=80=99m happy to explain them in more depth. There a=
re so
many exciting new features and hopefully, you=E2=80=99ll see why we=E2=80=
=99ve made these
changes and how, ultimately, they can help your business and put your mind
at rest.

We found that the majority of partners were using their custom text to give
clients information we now provide automatically: links to get directions,
information about cancellations etc. Now, this info is part of our
templates, you don=E2=80=99t have to worry about adding it yourself.

It=E2=80=99s worth noting up front, however, that we the whole team here lo=
oks at
all feedback on these updates very closely and we never ignore your
concerns - we genuinely try to make as many partners happy as possible and
poised to make necessary tweaks and updates very quickly once the data is
in.

Due to recent feedback on the update, we are currently working on the
following changes:

   - Increasing the character count limit from 150 to 500
   - Adding the option to remove prices from notifications
   - Adding the option to disable selected notifications for offline
   bookings


Please bear with us, as our team is working around the clock to make
changes to the update.

Remember, you can still add custom text to your email notifications. We are
currently monitoring interest in customizing the SMS text, so *your
feedback is valuable*!

*Tip: If you=E2=80=99re worried about losing your previous custom text, sim=
ply
visit your Messages Log to view it in your past notifications. You can then
copy and paste it into a separate document for easier editing.*

Unhappy about latest update for client notifications and inability to
disable just one of the options instead of all of them. Also we are now
unable to edit the text sent our 24 hours before which is incredibly
unhelpful as we used it to enforce our 24 hour cancellation notice.
