Dear Mr Graham,
Just to let you know, we're planning to change your broadband service
over to BT Infinity for business - Advance Support (option 1) up to 40Mb
downstream up to 10Mb upstream on 02476442750 on 01/04/2014.
As you're moving to a fibre broadband service, an engineer will need
to install your equipment. Your engineer will arrive on 01/04/2014 at
13:00 - 18:00. Please tell us at least 24 hours before this time if you
can't make the appointment. Don't install anything yourself.
We'll stop your old broadband service, and you won't be liable for
early termination charges for any remaining part of the Minimum Period
of your old contract.
The new service may be ready at any time up to midnight on this date,
and we're unable to stop the changeover once started.
You'll find your passwords in the box below (your usernames were sent
separately for safety), as well as your Static IP details, if they have
changed. If you no longer have Static IP, please remove the details from
your Hub/router/modem. More about Static IP [1]
NETWORK LOGIN PASSWORD (for the first time you connect to your new
broadband): musical1
YOUR BT BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND BT WI-FI PASSWORD IS musical1.
As part of your broadband service, you've got unlimited wi-fi access
to over five million BT Wi-fi hotspots available to use immediately. You
can use BT Wi-fi as long as you're in a hotspot and your laptop, tablet
or mobile phone has wireless internet. To get started, log on at
bt.com/business/btwifi [2] using your username (sent in a separate
email) and your password (above).
If you wish, you can change your password [3].
PLEASE FILE THIS EMAIL SOMEWHERE SAFE AS YOU’LL NEED THESE DETAILS IN
THE FUTURE.
We'll let you know when we've finished the changeover to your new
service: please don't buy any extra equipment or software until you get
this information.
Best wishes,
Graham Sutherland
