Afternoon Phil,

Good to hear that your meeting with John went well and things have been 
ironed out.

We are now in a position to collect deposits in order to formally secure 
a unit at Quarry Park. This deposit will be deducted from your first 
years rent so effectively acts as a holding deposit over the 
construction phase which is to begin shortly.

Units should be up and ready for occupation w/c 11th April.
