SUBJECT: Freshman Acoustic guitar
Thank you very much to Andy at your Shirley store on Monday 10th
September for inspecting the recent damage to the neck of my son's
Freshman acoustic guitar. As explained to Andy, for the purposes of an
insurance claim, I am required to obtain from a qualified professional
person, confirmation as to whether it would be economically viable or
not to repair that damage. Andy agreed to make such a statement by way
of email reply if I first emailed him, hence this message.
I Iook forward a reply at your earliest convenience and thanks again
for your helpful advice so far.
