Hi Phil

I've been speaking with John over at Absolute about orders going to an
address in Chesterfield S44 5AH.

He mentioned that you may have had some orders from an address in that
location, but had some issues with it do did not send?

Would it be possible, if you're willing, to provide some info - dates,
times, sales order, delivery address, email etc. Any correspondence with
the customer etc etc.
I suspect the details you provide will match other instances and tally
with our staffing records. It would help our investigation as we try and
get a true picture of what activity has been going on!
