Hi,

We are pleased to advise you of a significant step towards ensuring the AWS=
 environment used to process transactions is even more resilient.

Opayo will be rerouting our connection endpoints in the coming months.

*What this means for you*
*If you are not currently using an Opayo Verifone device to process transac=
tions, no action is required.*

If you are using an Opayo Verifone device it is important to ensure that th=
is communication is followed so that your till systems remain operational a=
fter these updates.

* Opayo tills must attempt to connect to the Opayo gateway utilising Primar=
y DNS, Secondary DNS and Tertiary IP, in that order.
* The network utilised by the tills must have unrestricted access to all th=
e IP ranges, DNS Ranges and Ports.
* If the tills connect to Opayo gateway using a network which has firewall
restrictions, you must ensure that the network has unrestricted access to a=
ll
the Opayo IP Ranges, DNS Ranges and Ports.

A document containing the new Opayo IP Ranges, DNS Ranges and Ports will be=
 made available to you in the upcoming months.

*If the network on site is unable to connect to our new endpoints by the en=
d of Q1 2024, transaction processing could be impacted.*
