What to expect from our 4-week Reformer Roots:
* Focus on Basics:
The course will cover the core principles of Pilates=2C including proper a=

* Introduction to the Reformer:
You'll learn about the different parts of the Reformer machine and how to=
use it effectively.
* Progressive Exercises:
The course will introduce exercises gradually=2C starting with simpler mov=
ements and progressing to more challenging ones as you gain strength and c=
onfidence.
* Guided Instruction:
Georgie will guide you through each exercise=2C providing modifications an=
d adjustments as needed to suit your fitness level.
* Small Class Sizes:
The Loft Studio class sizes are small with maximum of 3 to ensure personal=
ised attention and guidance from the instructor.
