Hi Michel,

We problem with a 224CE-K Deluxe S/N 2210070353 purchased from us 
24/04/2021.
There is a slight buzz/rattle coming from the preamp which I have tried 
to tighten the nuts around the pots but it
still seems to make the noise especially when the bottom E is tuned 
down to D but stops when you hold the control knobs.
Also, the action is a bit high and could do with a neck reset?
