Yes that makes sense.

In an ideal world we want to make around 50% profit on the items. The 
bag may be different as we won't be selling, these are just for 
presentation/gift bags.

Tshirts £20 retail
Sweatshirts £25 retail
Caps £20-£25 retail
All approximate but like you said it does depend on the cost to us.
