Hi John,

Demand for appointments for our opening week has been very high and all 
we have left now for Wednesday 10th is 4pm-5pm. I have provisionally 
booked you in for this slot but we would ask that you please kindly 
confirm as soon as possible. If this doesn't suit it's best to give us a 
call at the shop to re-arrange a better time for you.

We look forward to hearing you play some Jazz :)
