Hi Tom,

Yes we would be interested in your Ovation as a part exchange. Could 
you please just send us a few pictures so we can see the age and 
condition. Was there a particular guitar of ours that you have your eye 
on? Obviously you're welcome to come and try some out, just let us know 
when suits and we will book you in for an appointment.

If you want to bring your Ibanez in with you when you come in, we will 
do a quick check if there is anything alarmingly wrong with it. We don't 
actually do any customer repairs but we can try and point you in the 
right direction if something does need doing to it.
