Yes soft is very subtle .....
No problem re video, is there a style of playing you want to hear ?
Can I take a mobile number (whatsapp) to send the video to ?
It will be Tuesday before I can send it over as we are closed Sundays 
and Mondays and just finishing up for the week ...
