Hi Dev,

It wouldn't be a particularly popular model hence there not being too 
many around and why we are being cautious with our quote. For cash sales 
to tend to offer around half of what we think we will sell it for. If 
you want to bring it over we can always take a closer look and evaluate 
from there.
