Hi Simon,

a couple of weeks ago you kindly sent me the instruction manual for the 
autotune bridge on the
Fret-King Super Matic, it now seems the is a problem with the tuning 
mechanism.
Just wondering if you could put me in touch with someone in the service 
dept who might be able to help?
