Hi Ant,

This guitar is in near mint condition. Overall we can barely see any 
signs of use. The only reason we are not saying mint, is the finish has 
some slight swirling from wiping a cloth over it. It has had one careful 
owner who has clearly cared for this instrument very well. The frets 
show very little wear. You can see that it has been played mainly just 
the first few frets but it is very very light. It doesn't include a case 
and believe it never did came with one originally but we do have one 
here that fits it well. I will pop the link below for you to take a look
