Hi Chris,

As an appointment only store we do occasionally remove items from sale 
if we have someone travelling to see it. This is to ensure they don't 
have a wasted journey.

A few weeks ago we did have a gentlemen come and see this guitar in our 
showroom which is why it would've been removed from sale temporarily. On 
this occasion he decided to buy an Atkin guitar instead of the Taylor.

Hopefully this clears up any confusion. If you would prefer to visit us 
in-store we are more than happy to welcome you anytime this week to suit 
you.
