who will contact the customer to arrange an appointment.

*Please note that appointment times can be delayed due to covid-19 
restrictions and may take longer than usual, however our engineer will 
make every effort to arrange appointments as soon as it is safe and 
possible to do so.
Unfortunately all visits to London have to be postponed due to the 
coronavirus situation and will be re-arranged as soon as possible
