Hi Jenny,

Yes the guitars do arrive fully set up with Elixir Strings fitted at 
the Taylor Factory. We're more than happy to change to your chosen gauge 
of string once the guitar has arrived with us. There is however a small 
charge for doing this to cover the cost of strings and labour 
(approximately £30). If you return the guitar we would also need to 
change the strings back to factory spec for resale.

There is no rush to make any decisions but have a think and let us 
know.

We're not able to get a polytune tuner for you as we don't deal with 
this company. Your best bet would be online.
