Hi Dick,

We understand that you are disappointed at our valuation.

There are very similar models for sale currently around £1850-£2100. For 
us to remain competitive against other models currently for sale we need 
to be around the £1400-£1500 mark (warranty, shipping, VAT, staff and a 
little bit on top to keep us going).

We are able to help you out a little by taking the 000-28 down to £2850.
