Hi Tom,

The best thing to do, if you aren't local to us is....

Box up and send your tele to the address written at the bottom of this 
email. Once you have confirmed it is on route we will take the Jason 
Isbell Tele off general sale for you. Please make sure the Tele is 
suitably insured during shipping.

As soon as we have it here we will check it over and be in touch to pay 
the remaining balance. We wouldn't sell your trade in till we know you 
are happy with the Jason Isbell Tele. We will cover the shipping for the 
guitar we are selling. We like to think it works out fair for both of us 
that way.

If you would prefer to come and do the swap in-store we are open Tuesday 
to Saturday 11am-5pm next week. Just let us know what suits you best.
