Hi Dave,

Hope you're keeping well.

I just wanted to pick your brains a little. We have a customer who has
a faulty Hi-Hat on a CSD130M kit he purchased from us last July.

What is the best way to get this problem resolved? Can the customer
ship the faulty part directly to you?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,
Harriet
