I am emailing you because last year I was told you could help me out 
with some amazing gifts for being unwell and was in hospital my email I 
have been unwell and was in a very bad way I was in hosptial for almost 
a week I was rushed in hosptial by ambulance was in hosptial for almost 
a week I was in hosptial I had very serious migraines and wouldn't stop 
I was taken in on a Sunday at 00:30 Am Later that night I had lumber 
puncture x3 times but it failed x3 times Then Monday I had a mri scan 
and was given pain relief alot Tuesday I should of been discharged but 
waited 8 hours for my meds and I ended up having a serious migraine and 
ended up being re admitted And I lost memory because of it plus now my 
gp saw me and thinks now I suffer from cluster headaches i am on plenty 
of medications and will suffer cluster headaches everyday for the rest 
of my life regards matthew and now a copd sufferer unfort this year i 
been diagnosed with a av heart block, Mobitz type 2 block,and serious 
optic nerve damage And just recently I had surgery on my neck and had 
lymph nodes removed And surgery was 3 hours i now have cystic fibrosis
