Hi Maddy,

Thank you for this info. We can confirm we have now found the payment. 
We're very sorry but we were looking for a payment on or around the 
25/06 which was when you said it had been paid. Having looked this 
morning on for incoming payments on the 2nd, we have found it. Obviously 
we're very sorry for any confusion throughout this. We didn't receive 
any communication from your end to say you had paid otherwise we 
would've shipped the piano to you straight away. As this wasn't the 
case, we therefore sold it. It goes without saying that we will issue a 
full refund immediately once we have your correct bank details. Please 
forward these as soon as convenient.

It would appear we're not getting all your emails for some unknown 
reason, so if you would prefer to call us with your account details, 
that is also fine. we're at the shop today till 5pm 02476 635 766
