  		 Updates to our Terms and Conditions of Carriage

  Dear Customer,

  As the integration of FedEx and TNT progresses, we are updating our 
Terms and Conditions of Carriage [3] for TNT in Europe effective 1 JUNE 
2021.

  Some key changes include closer alignment with FedEx Express Europe’s 
Terms and Conditions and more clarity on the Europe-wide countries in 
which these Terms apply. Many aspects remain the same, including the 
availability of enhanced liability and insurance options, as well as the 
alignment of TNT limits of liability to relevant international 
conventions for carriage (unless stated otherwise). These Terms apply to 
all TNT services sent from Europe.*

  In addition, in the United Kingdom, there will be an Annex to the TNT 
Europe Terms and Conditions [3] which contains supplemental provisions 
that apply to intra-United Kingdom shipments. In particular, the limits 
of liability and the claims process for intra-United Kingdom shipments 
are different. The Annex should be read in conjunction with the TNT 
Europe Terms and Conditions.

  These updated Terms will go into effect on 1 JUNE 2021 and we 
encourage you to read them. Your continued use of TNT services after 
that time constitutes acceptance of our updated Terms.
