Hi Felicity,

Yes we can provide all of that, no problem at all.

The costs really does depend how much work/time in involved. For example 
a fairly run of the mill production model won't be very time consuming 
so around £20 per guitar. For something vintage or rarer items it could 
take us hours. If you send us a list of the guitars first we can give 
you a rough estimate.

I can type up a CV in the meantime for you.
