Hi Ian,
If you would like us to start a warranty return please drop the guitar
over to us.
We will then get in contact with Fender service team with some more
photos and if they want do want to change anything, they will arrange to
collect the guitar from us.
Feel free to pop over anytime we are open Tuesday to Saturday 11am-5pm.
