Hi Ruaraidh,
Thanks for getting back to us. We took a good close up video of the
guitar while it was here and noted lots of small areas where the finish
looked to us like it was blistering underneath the finish. From our
point of view it didn't look like wear and tear. Regarding the areas of
the lacquer that have broken through, we have photographs of them
before-hand that the customer took when he first became concerned of the
issue. These also started off looking like a blister under the finish.
Any ideas what you think may have caused this because he really hasn't
had it very long.
