Hi Matt,

Thanks for your patience while we have been away from the shop.

It is hard for us to know what is going on but it certainly seems 
unusual. These kind of issues are normally due to humidity.

Please can you box the guitar back up and ship to the address below. 
Once we have received the guitar back here, we will check it over 
ourselves. Assuming the guitar is in the same condition it left us, we 
will issue your refund and email to confirm.
