Hi Lawrence,

We hope to be opening at our new location in Leamington Spa at some 
point early August. If you're not in a big rush you could always try 
getting in touch late August once we've settled in and see what space we 
have to work with. If not maybe try a Facebook Marketplace or Reverb.
