Thank you for getting in touch.

After reading your email I went upstairs to double-check the condition 
of the Uke and sadly found there was a mark on it :(

Not sure who is more gutted, me or you!

Anyway, we have updated our listing with some detailed pictures showing 
the mark on the top of the headstock and reduced the price to reflect 
the condition. I understand you most likely wanted a 'box fresh' 
instrument but sadly on this occasion this one is not. It is however now 
a bargain for whoever snaps it up.
