Hi Paul,
We actually don't know what has happened to the original pickups. The
person we got the guitar from thought they were the originals in it. It
turns out they were long gone before the guitar changed hands.
We can order a new set from Fender or I'm sure there are plenty of sets
on the market second-hand.
