We have just had the following email from Taylor about your guitar.

Hi Tim,

We would like to inform you that we have received his guitar safely.

After inspection, we noted that the frets are worn out. For an optimal 
setup, a partial refret (up to 10th fret) is needed. In addition, the 
saddle and nut needs to be replaced because they are very low.
We can offer a quote of £487.93 plus shipping (£30.00) for the following 
services:
- ES2 upgrade
- Re-fret
- Nut and saddle replacement
- Cleaning
- Setup with new strings.

VAT and Import duties over the amount of the repair might be charged by 
UK customs.

We would expect it be around £670 including the customs costs etc.
