Hi team,

We have shipped out a new custom shop Tele to a customer and during the =

shipping process the case was damaged. We are in the process of claiming =

against the shipping company but in the meantime wanted to get a =

timeframe on a replacement please.

Model: Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Tomatillo Tele Journeyman =

Relic - Natural Blonde
Serial Number: R125853

I have attached a picture of the guitar in the case. It was tweed with =

red plush lining. As you can see it was double boxed but looks like it =

got stabbed with a forklift. Let me know if you need any other details.
