Hi Luke,

Yes we have received it back today and checked it over. The small marks 
on the bottom came off straight away with a little polish but the fret 
definitely does have a small mark. Hope you're able to find the perfect 
model soon.

We've issued a full refund which may take 24-48 hours to show in your 
account.
