Hi Chris,

We don't actually offer a customer repair service here as we are too
busy working on our own guitars.

John at Noiseworks in Coventry is the best person locally to take a
look.

or Andy Bunn Guitar Tech based in Shipston.

Both of these are very good and work on some of our guitars too.

Good luck, hopefully is it a simple fix.

Kind Regards,
Harriet, Phil & Tim
