Hi Damian,

Our workshop is currently closed at the moment. We're hoping to get it 
back open at some point next month, so probably best to give us a call 
then.

If it's a direct replacement it should only take an hour (estimated).
Our labour charge is £40 per hour + the cost of the strings which you 
can supply or get from us.
