Morning Jane,

Unfortunately last year we had to close our customer repair workshop as 
we now have a smaller team and lots of our own shop guitars to work on.

The best person to try locally is John Williams at Noiseworks in 
Coventry. He is of this month for holiday but should be back open in a 
few weeks.

If it's just strings you need to buy then obviously we do still sell 
these. We're open for accessories Tuesday to Saturday 11am-5pm.
