Hi Clint,

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your piano. To be honest, it 
is very rare for a Kawai to have a problem but when they do look after 
their customers.

In order to proceed and notify Kawai that a repair is needed, we will 
need to fill out a repair form on your behalf. Please can you provide us 
with the serial number of your piano.

Normally with these pianos they will communicate with you to arrange a 
service visit at your home. Can you please confirm the address where the 
piano is currently.
