Hi Stuart,

I am just letting you know I came to give the Santa Cruz a freshen-up 
with a new set of strings and noticed the B string machine head was a 
bit stiff in a particular place so I have ordered an exact replacement 
one which should be with us in the next 7-10 days.
In the meantime, we've removed it from sale and I will let you know when 
the machine arrives.
I did leave you a message on your phone too.
