Hi Jay,

Thanks for the message about the porthole.

We have ordered quite a few via this method as we were unaware this was 
the incorrect way to do it. We have had some bits come through but would 
really appreciate you double checking our back orders and make sure the 
wheels are in motion for these? We're looking to grow this line 
significantly and would appreciate it being as smooth as possible.
