Apologies for the slow reply, we had just shut up shop for our weekend 
when you emailed on Saturday and only just opening up for our new week 
now.

We offer refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving the guitar 
if ordered via our website. If you decide it isn't for you, we ask that 
you return the guitar to us in the same condition it left here. You are 
more than welcome to come to the shop to try the guitar first if you are 
local enough.
