Good Morning Wataru,
Thank you for getting in touch. Apologies for our slow reply, we are
closed Sunday and Monday.
The best way to process your order is through our Reverb shop as they
are more set up for international payments than our website is. We will
pop a direct link to the guitar below.
https://reverb.com/uk/item/60478866-pre-owned-collings-c10-inc-hardcase
Regarding the VAT, on second hand items it is worked out as a marginal
percentage of the value. If you drop us a message on Reverb we can then
send you over our best price for the guitar including shipping and
insurance.
Please be aware that any import duty, taxes due in Japan are the buyers
responsibility. If you have not imported a guitar before if it worth
doing some research into this with your local Government.
Kind Regards,
Harriet, Phil & Tim
