Morning Ian,

Just wanted to give you a little update. The first thing we did this 
morning was track your parcel and speak to TNT. They have reassured me 
that even though the tracking info incorrectly says it's still in 
Swindon...it is in fact on schedule for delivery to you today by 6pm. 
Apparently their systems are running as slowly as they're delivery.

Fingers crossed by 6pm tonight we can all relax knowing it's in the 
right hands!
