Hi Nick,

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately due to the file format we 
couldn't open the photos you sent. Presuming the mark on the back of the 
neck isn't anything major, we would offer approximately £170 cash, £200 
part exchange. If you do want to pop over for us to take a closer look, 
we are open Tuesday to Saturday 11am-5pm. When selling items for cash we 
do require a form photo ID such as a driving licence.
