Conference Search provides a venue finding service throughout the UK and overseas which is completely
<b>free of charge</b>.

We work with venues ranging from hotels and training centres to castles,
stately homes, museums, boats, sporting grounds and other unusual
venues. Our aim is to locate the most suitable venue to match your particular
specification
at the best available rate in the shortest possible time.<br>

One call to Conference Search with details of your requirements will enable us to commence a search.

<span class="bu">•</span> Using our considerable venue knowledge and experience we will shortlist the best venues to suit
your individual needs. We will normally respond back within 24 hours (unless otherwise requested).

<br>
<span class="bu">•</span> These venues will be presented to you along with room plans, brochures, detailed costings and venue
information.
<br>
<br>
<span class="bu">•</span> Through our contacts in the industry and the significant amount of business placed on behalf of
hundreds of different clients, we will negotiate the best rates available on your behalf.

<span class="bu">•</span> We can arrange site inspections for you, which can be accompanied, if preferred and provide
suggestions for external gala dinner venues, social programmes, etc.

<span class="bu">•</span> If you would like to confirm one of the venues, we will draw up an outline confirmation, showing dates,
rates, etc.; a copy of which is sent to the venue and a copy to yourself.

arrangements such as timings, menu requirements, accurate numbers etc. We will be available for any assistance
should you require this.

unless otherwise requested.
