The bad hard drive is nearly 3 times slower at reading and 10 times slower at writing.
When mirrored, this is causing serious web server slowdown while copying large files.
E.g. websites and email go offline for several minutes and Remote Desktop becomes unresponsive; while copying large files from drive e: to drive t:.
