althcare charity=2C undertaking a research project about blood donation. W=
hen she returned to the UK=2C she launched Action On Blood with the help o=
f a two-day StepUp course run by Virgin StartUp.
Despite successfully launching a social enterprise which now delivers proj=
ects on behalf of the NHS=2C Abiola believes she will always come up again=
st challenges. She is now hoping to inspire others with her three tips for=
running a social enterprise.

"Solve a problem. There are so many problems out there. Pick one you are p=
assionate about and your creativity will follow.
"Have a business plan=2C but don=E2=80=99t spend too long on it. A rough a=

ll get feedback from customers and suppliers that will change your plan.
"You are your brand. You won=E2=80=99t have the budget for a big PR agency=
