That all sounds very good.
I would of course fit in with your other bookings and I can be very
flexible.
It may be that the first booking is for one day (say 8 hours) then larger
bookings after that.
I would like to come over and take a look next week if that’s okay. I live
on the Evesham Road so not far to travel.

I have now had a chance to chat to our Chairman and we would really like to
be able to accommodate your request at the hall.
The booking would have to fit in over a period of time when there are no
other bookings.
We would also be unable to insure your equipment whilst it is in the hall,
but if you have personal insurance that should not be a problem.
We have good black out blinds, enough electrical power and good parking
facilities.
Would you like me to show you around the hall and we can then discuss dates
and cost depending on how many days you would like to book it for? If so,
please can you let me know when you would be available and we can arrange
something.
